John Egan Events in Ballintogher Community Centre (F1XW71)

  • Saturday October 30th music session – 5.00 to 7.00 pm
  • Saturday November 6th Concert           – 8.00 to 10.00 pm  : €10 admission Admission to concert – pre booking required on www.fredfinn.ie

Covid Protocols for Festival

  • Ballintogher Community Centre is a large high ceiling venue.
  • In order to safely welcome back  artists and audiences to the building we undertake extensive internal risk assessments prior to each event.
  • A one-way system will be in operation at the main entrance with designated entry and exit doors. Please observe the signage around the building.
  • If you, your child or any member of your household is displaying any symptoms, or has been in close contact with anyone displaying symptoms, they must not attend Ballintogher Community Centre.
  • Covid Certification is now required for entry for everyone over 18 years of age.
    –      Proof of ID may also be requested.
    –      Mandatory mask wearing will remain in place at all events.

DETAILED COVID  PROTOCOLS FOR BALLINTOGHER COMMUNITY CENTRE

Risk assessment plan in relation to John Egan Events 2021

•        Entry only by doors in front lobby

•        Exit only by doors at rear of centre

•        Queues outside centre to be socially distanced

•        Hand sanitisers to be located in entrance lobby & throughout building

•        People to check vaccine certification and ID to be in position in entrance lobby

•        Audience to remain seated during performance

•        Exterior doors to toilet areas to be wedged open

•        No tea/ coffee or refreshments can be served

•        All chairs to be sanitised before and after performance

•        Adequate ventilation will be provided, by opening external windows & doors

•        Masks to be worn in centre

•        Signage indicating entrance and exit areas to be clearly visible

•        Pre booked ticket holders will be allocated named seats on the night of the performance

•        Concert will be 2 hours in total.
